Need
Need: to enable Quick Commerce orders to be prepared in-store.
Always at the forefront of innovation, Monoprix has taken full advantage of the opportunities offered by e-commerce, with high-performance Click & Collect and home delivery services. Keen to go one step further, the chain has turned to the integration of quick commerce. This model, based on the promise of ultra-fast delivery, has become a new standard.
Challenges
Challenges: meeting Quick Commerce's speed requirements
Monoprix's manual processes did not allow it to prepare Quick Commerce orders, which are cancelled if they are not prepared within a maximum of 40 minutes, quickly enough. An adapted solution, capable of achieving these levels of speed without compromising on service quality, was needed to avoid losing sales while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Solution

Results: a solution deployed in over 200 stores, with an increase in the rate of perfect orders and more efficient pickers, trained more quickly
